Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, connecting an AI assistant, connecting a social media account, purchasing a subscription, using the SimplePost website, or using the SimplePost app and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use SimplePost.

These terms also apply when you use SimplePost through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenClaw, an MCP client, the SimplePost CLI, API access, or another authorized assistant or agent workflow.

SimplePost is an AI-native social media scheduling and publishing service. SimplePost lets you connect supported social media accounts, preview and validate posts, schedule posts, publish posts immediately, and use authorized AI assistants or agents to create posting requests.

The SimplePost source repository is available under the MIT License. That license governs use of the open-source code; these Terms govern the hosted service. Operators of self-hosted deployments are responsible for their own users, infrastructure, privacy notices, security, backups, and legal compliance.

SimplePost does not provide a general-purpose AI writing model. You may use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenClaw, or another assistant you choose to draft content, and SimplePost provides the publishing layer.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SimplePost account, API keys, connected social accounts, and authorized assistant connections. Actions taken through your account, API key, CLI, MCP client, or authorized AI assistant are treated as actions taken by you.

You may only connect social media accounts, pages, channels, boards, chats, or profiles that you own or are authorized to manage.

SimplePost offers monthly subscription plans:

• Basic: $9 or €9 per month, 5 social media accounts, 100 posts per month.
• Advanced: $19 or €19 per month, 10 social media accounts, 500 posts per month.
• Pro: $29 or €29 per month, unlimited social media accounts, 2,000 posts per month, and API access.

Monthly post limits apply to posts created, scheduled, or published through SimplePost during a billing period. Platform API limits, app-review status, moderation systems, account restrictions, and quotas may further limit posting even if your SimplePost plan has remaining usage.

Unlimited social media accounts on Pro is subject to reasonable use, technical safeguards, and third-party platform rules. We may update plan limits or prices for future billing periods by posting updated terms or pricing.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in the currency available for your location and confirmed in Stripe Checkout. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled.

You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Taxes may apply depending on your location and payment details.

If SimplePost does not work for your intended use case, contact us at [email protected] and we will try to help. Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period starts.

When you connect SimplePost to an AI assistant or agent, that assistant may send draft text, target account selections, media references, timing instructions, and related posting data to SimplePost. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or scheduling it.

SimplePost does not control third-party AI assistants, model outputs, client behavior, or prompts. You are responsible for how you instruct your assistant and for any content you publish through SimplePost.

You retain responsibility for the text, media, links, metadata, schedules, and other content you submit to SimplePost or publish through connected platforms. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and publish that content.

You may not use SimplePost to:

• Violate laws, platform terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
• Publish spam, deceptive content, malicious links, malware, or abusive automation.
• Attempt to bypass platform rate limits, moderation systems, access controls, or security controls.
• Interfere with SimplePost infrastructure or other users.

SimplePost integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms, policies, API rules, quotas, review status, and account restrictions.

When you use SimplePost features that access YouTube API Services, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Third-party platforms may reject posts, change APIs, revoke permissions, impose quotas, require app review, or make features unavailable. SimplePost is not responsible for third-party platform changes or decisions.

We aim to provide reliable service, but SimplePost may be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, third-party API outages, platform restrictions, or other issues. We may update, add, remove, suspend, or limit features as the product evolves.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete data related to your account, connected social accounts, AI assistant integrations, API access, posts, media, billing, and support. By using SimplePost, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

SimplePost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that SimplePost will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every platform, assistant, workflow, or API.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplePost and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, failed posts, account restrictions, platform actions, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to SimplePost in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to SimplePost if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risk, fail to pay, or use SimplePost in a way that may harm SimplePost, users, or third-party platforms. You may stop using SimplePost at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of SimplePost after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

The hosted SimplePost service is operated by Creafex LabVladimir Haltakov. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
