    1. Paste the long version

      Paragraph breaks help the splitter find natural break points.

    2. Choose the network

      Limits differ: 280 weighted characters on X, 300 on Bluesky, 500 on Threads, 4,096 on Telegram.

    3. Add counters if you like

      Counters such as 1/5 are counted toward each post's limit.

    4. Schedule the thread

      Continue in SimplePost to open it as a draft thread, then connect the account and schedule.

    What it checks

    How the thread is split

    • Counting follows each network: X weights links as 23 and emoji as 2, Bluesky counts graphemes and bytes, Threads and Telegram count characters.
    • Whole paragraphs stay in one post when they fit; otherwise the splitter breaks between sentences, then between words.
    • SimplePost publishes up to 25 posts in a thread (20 during the free trial), so the tool shows at most 20.
    • LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest do not support reply chains; SimplePost would publish only the first post there.

    Does the thread generator use AI?

    No. It splits your own words at paragraph and sentence breaks. To rewrite the thread, ask your AI assistant and use the generator to check the result.

    How long can a thread be?

    SimplePost publishes a first post plus up to 24 follow-ups, 25 in total. The free trial allows 20 posts in a thread.

    Can I schedule the thread?

    Yes. Continue in SimplePost opens the thread as a draft in the composer. Connect the account, then schedule it; SimplePost publishes it as a reply chain.
